Payment Policy
- 100% advance or at least 50% advance to confirm the reservation.
- Whole payment is must during the time of check-in if entire payment before arrival is not done.
Refund Policy
- In case of a cancellation, the refund amount, as per the cancellation policy, will be processed within 7-10 days working from the date of initiation of the process, via online payment/cheque.
- In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
- In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.
