Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of Rooms and event both on prior to commencement, the following cancellation charges will apply.
- Between date of providing the advance for procuring the dates of booking to check-In Date, there shall be 10% cancellation charges applicable in all the cases.
- 20 days prior to check-in date, there shall be 25% cancellation charges applicable of total booking amount.
- Between 20 days & 10 days prior to check-in date, there shall be 50% cancellation charges of total amount levied to the client.
- 10 days or lesser days than prior to check-in date, there shall be full 100% of total booking amount cancellation charges applicable.
- 50% Advance required in order to confirm the booking and balance 50% to be paid on Arrival only (Plz note Hotel have their strict policy of 100% payment before handover the keys) so plz cordinate with reception.
- Checkin Time is 1 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Early Arrival is subject to availability but after 11 AM only.
- In case of GST invoice required, additional tax amount to be paid well in advance with proper information and then same invoice would be mailed to you after your departure from hotel/Resort.
